Ayers was in the United States Air Force Special as an Agent for the AFOSI. His duties included that of law enforcement specialist, criminal, fraud, and counter-intelligence. He was assigned to felony crimes in federal government, fraud, waste and abuse investigations of the military branches of service, and counter-intelligence in overseas locations.
Dean was also a former Texas State Commissioned Alamo State Park Armed Ranger.

Merv's Son ready for a dog fight, and is barking over Mismanagement for 1000's and he's gunning for the people who are running his dad's companies, claiming they're squandering his money. Tony Griffin claims in legal documents filed with the L.A. County Superior Court, the people running Merv's companies including, Merv Griffin Entertainment and The Griffin Group have squandered part of Merv's fortune by engaging in "speculative ventures with funds which belong to the Trust."and he has to mention a dude named Ron Ward got $500,000 from Merv "with the request, but not a condition, to take care of Merv's dogs." Interesting Tony didn't get the dogs.

Two physically disabled people are suing "Dancing with the Stars," claiming the show's studio is so disabled-unfriendly a camera man threatened to run over a service dog.
Robert Carr and Arnie Pike claim in a new lawsuit they went to CBS Television City in L.A. last March to watch the show. Carr is a double amputee who is confined to a wheelchair. Arnie Pike is a quadriplegic who also requires a wheelchair.
The men claim they arrived with two companions and a service dog and were forced to watch as the majority of the audience was let in ahead of them.
The suit claims the studio has no "designated accessible seating for persons with disabilities." They claim the staff has "a policy of placing disabled persons where they cannot be seen by the camera or the public."According to the suit, Pike was placed behind several rows of seats where he could not even see the action on the stage. The worst slight of all allegedly "his service dog was placed in the aisle where the camera man threatened to run over the dog."
The suit which also lists CBS as a defendant claims "Dancing" violates the Americans with Disabilities Act and asks for an order forcing the show to institute disabled-friendly policies. The plaintiffs also want damages.

Ashley Hamilton's dog allegedly mauled somebody in Los Angeles.A guy named Michael Cohen is suing the upcoming "Dancing with the Stars" contestant for acting negligently, carelessly and recklessly when Hamilton's American Staffordshire Terrier (similar to a "Pit Bull")allegedly bit Cohen's dog "Sabra" in L.A.'s Runyon Canyon a few months ago.
Cohen says he cradled his wounded pooch in his arms when Hamilton's dog who was allegedly According to the docs, Cohen tried to make a run for it, but tripped over a rock in the process, injuring himself further ... not that we find that kinda/sorta funny or anything. "roaming freely" at the time bit Cohen on his hand and wrist.

Writing Contest Dog Short Story.

Bark is proud to have published wonderful essays, memoirs and other true-life narratives by some of today’s leading writers. " Now They are are searching for fantastic fiction". So,they are holding their first writing contest,looking for the best all-around canine-centric short story they can find.
Read the following rules carefully.
The contest is open to everyone, and you need not be a subscriber to win.

1.The contest ends on December 31, 2009. Entries received after this date will be disqualified.
2.The entry must be canine-centric, written from the human point of view (i.e., not in the voice of/as told by the dog), cannot contain any instances of cruelty or abuse, and must position the dog as an integral part of the story, not simply as a peripheral plot device. Entries may not exceed 3,000 words; those over this word count will be disqualified.
3.Entries will be judged by Bark editors based on literary merit and technical proficiency. By participating in the contest, entrant certifies that his/her entry is original, has not been previously published or won any award, and does not contain any material that would violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks or rights of privacy or publicity. Bark reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any entry that it believes contains obscene, offensive or inappropriate content, that does not comply with these official rules or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the contest. The decision of Bark and the judges is final and binding on all matters relating to the contest.
4.One (1) Winner will receive $500.00 and have his/her entry published in a future issue of Bark (timing of publication to be determined solely by Bark). Winner will be notified via phone, email or postal mail, at Bark’s discretion, on or about Jan. 20, 2010.
